The action of approving a virtual item group will ensure that the structure cannot be accidentally altered and in the case of a virtual item group of class type Virtual Item Baseline all the relationships will also be safeguarded.

Users are warned of the status of a virtual item group, as follows:

NotApproved – These structures are displayed with a red icon.

Approved – These structures are displayed with a green icon.
